Tomita

One of the Ramen(Chinese noodle) I received the other day. This is Tuke-men(Dip noodle) from Tomita (http://tomitarozeokaminari.web.fc2.com)

Soup with chashao. The soup is full of flavor of pork and seafood.

The Tomita's Noodle. Very thick and pleasantly chewy! Very close taste to good wheat flower noodle; Udon.

I don't remember how many times i said good or delicious during the meal. This was the best noodle for this year. You could order this noodle from their web-site, it's really worth it.

I thought Santa crows come to me early this year because I received full of Fresh Ramen(Chinese noodle) today! Those are from very famous Ramen shop in Japan. You need to order in advance. It's great meal for such a cold weather. We always complain there is no good Ramen shop in London. So this make me very happy for a while.

Fish Head

Please don't say scaly. This is the part where fish has plenty of fat; back side of neck. It is very rare to find salmon head in London. I guess most of fish shops or super markets throw it away but i found it in Stock Newington where Jewish community is.

Getting very very cold, so I made Chicken hot pot with Tofu Today.

Shinto wedding

The main reason I come back to Japan this time was to attend my friend wedding. They had their wedding ceremony in one of most prestigious shrine in Japan; Meiji Jingu. Welcome tea with cherry blossom leaf.

Bride in Shiromuku kimono

We marched in procession after groom and bride to go to ceremony.

So pretty!

Reception held within same land of Meiji Jingu. This building used to be belonged to our emperor.

A very old Japanese Architecture

People start seated for celebration.

This is equilibrate to wedding cake; almost 10Litter of Japanese sake inside of wooden box. groom and Bride need to open this.

Then we toast with this Masu.

Starter; Red is color for celebration, so they used a lot of red color.

The bride change her Kimono

Sashimi

We often eat bream for celebration because bream in Japanese is Tai and when there is any good or happy things happen we say 'Mede-tai'

Lobster

Barbie doll wearing same wedding dress with bride will wear in a evening party .

One of their friend played violin.

Gorgeous color

Groom, bride in her hand made wedding dress and friends from university.

Red bean sticky rice is food for celebration.
