Shinto wedding

The main reason I come back to Japan this time was to attend my friend wedding. They had their wedding ceremony in one of most prestigious shrine in Japan; Meiji Jingu. Welcome tea with cherry blossom leaf.

We marched in procession after groom and bride to go to ceremony.

So pretty!

Reception held within same land of Meiji Jingu. This building used to be belonged to our emperor.

People start seated for celebration.

This is equilibrate to wedding cake; almost 10Litter of Japanese sake inside of wooden box. groom and Bride need to open this.

Then we toast with this Masu.

Starter; Red is color for celebration, so they used a lot of red color.

We often eat bream for celebration because bream in Japanese is Tai and when there is any good or happy things happen we say 'Mede-tai'
