Yesterday, I was invited to M&W place in south London. I don't normally take overground train and I took wrong one so I end up spend two and half hours to get there. However, very warm company and amazing food were waited for me. So it really worthwhile to made long journey.

Feels like I didn't have enough time to have a proper breakfast recently. Today I'm having it with news paper. Proper day off!
M's Birthday is tomorrow, so this is surprise birthday cake. She wanted eat this classic cake called short cake in Japan, one of the simple cake. Sponge cake, fresh cream and strawberry. I don't know why they call this as short cake by the way?
Paris Texas is famous for it's sound track as well as movie. This time I saw it in Barbican, finally sounds and story line connected together to me. Reason? Well, I always fall into sleep by DVD... 
There was Mexican live performance in a hall after the movie. Dance dance dance!

What a pretty color! The pink soup. Made from Beetroots, Fennel, fresh cream, grand nuts oil. Very creative. Moeover it was delicious!!

My favorite curry. A member of restaurant remembered that I really liked this curry! I also spoke with a chef today and she told me they even don't use ready spices. They start from grind spices! No wonder how this curry is special.

It was very cold day but always something happening in London. I went to subway gallery for "sell out" opening. The gallery located very unusual place. It's on underground subway. M is one of exhibitor of the show. I like her color sense. http://www.mayumiyamase.com
After long walk with E, we went to see this film. "Where the wild things are" directed by Spike Jones. The movie based on children's story book. Max is very imaginative little boy as we all were and still some of us still are.
On the way to movie, I found my ideal school.
and I felt like going adventure with this little boat. It's like Max! I was already started my adventure before to see "Where the wild things are"
New year customary with E; State new years resolution, review last year and laugh while having a long walk along side of canal and nature side of Hackney. This year was extra bonus with snow view.
