One of the Ramen(Chinese noodle) I received the other day. This is Tuke-men(Dip noodle) from Tomita (http://tomitarozeokaminari.web.fc2.com）

Soup with chashao. The soup is full of flavor of pork and seafood.

The Tomita's Noodle. Very thick and pleasantly chewy! Very close taste to good wheat flower noodle; Udon.

I don't remember how many times i said good or delicious during the meal. This was the best noodle for this year. You could order this noodle from their web-site, it's really worth it.
