Japanese Kaiseki style

What always amaze me is richness of color and shape in nature. Changing colors of leaves and plants give me idea of life and live then beauty of it.

Japanese Kaiseki style always present seasonal food and beautiful shape. Real artisan food. I believe Japanese food is one of most richness food for style, sophistication, balance and refraction with season. Our culture has a lot of celebration each season, each time of year with particular food.
