Another birthday present from one of my best friends. limited edition of extra virgin olive oil from Italy. It's very clear, fruity and simply delicious!

To maximize taste of olive oil, I made cold tomato, Parma ham pasta with Japanese black vineger and olive oil. It was very summery and fresh!

I start missing Japanese food. Here in LA they have good Japanese restaurants. Wakasanchi is one of authentic place.

This little town Marfa has some style; this is one of clothing shop.

Food Shark; Lunch time only food van. I could see a lot of people familiar; receptionist in hotel, people from galleries, visitor i spoke yesterday and person work in some restaurant... Seem like this food shark feed every one in town!

They do make freshly in the van after order; Best Falafel so far. It is worth to wait half an hour.
