Last night in Tokyo. It was a day start feeling spring, so we had dinner in a terrace at french brasserie Mori (http://www.mori-ebisu.jp)
Food here is so delicate french with touch of Japanese sense. Turnip soup

Chinese cabbage gratin.
Chef used to work three star Michelin restaurants and he really know how to mix french and delicate Japanese Kaiseki Style. It was very impressive contemporary French.
