My dad currently into squid fishing. Fresh squid is very clear color.

Ginkgo nuts.

Homemade Shiokara; Salted and fermented squid guts with yuzu.

Grilled Mejina
Sake, Soy sauce and Mirin marinated squid
My mum's pickled vegetable
