Pink soup

What a pretty color! The pink soup. Made from Beetroots, Fennel, fresh cream, grand nuts oil. Very creative. Moeover it was delicious!!

On the way to the restaurant; Constam (http://www.konstam.co.uk). They source seasonal, local grown ingredients. Over 85% was being grown or reared in and around Greater London.
