Menu for the night
Avocado, Cheese, Smoked Salmon, Japanese Shiokara(Salted and fermented Squid guts), Takowasabi(marinated Squid with horse radish), Cucumber with Yuzu miso.
Scallop with Miso paste with leek
Boiled octopus
Miso marinated fish
Garlic butter squid
Here I am. I'm drank and playing with tomato at this point so I couldn't take photo of main course; King prawn&Pork Dumpling in soup and clam mixed rice.
