Lamb chop


S was keep telling me Lamb chop from Vincente foods is something I need to try before I leave here. Actually, I rarely order lamb., maybe because it's quite strong and heavy.


This is Lamb chop for tonight.


Today's chef was N under instruction by Y. She is very amazing chef and also very good teacher. There was some tip I never knew to do for steak. This magical tip makes so much difference.


Here we go, Lamb chop with rosemary. So tender and tasty... Best lamb chop I ever had.


This is another amazing dish for tonight. This buffalo mozzarella melt in your mouth.
