"One dim Sum" is where you go for Authentic, delicious and even reasonable dim sum in HK

One Dim sum is a restaurant where my friend recommend while ago and I always wanted to go but didn't have chance because you need to wait while to have a seat. There is always long ques. However, you will understand why people wait so long when you tried it. It is amazing Dim sum with amazingly reasonable price so it's worth to wait really.

All dish are so high level. No wonder why they have one Michelin star!! They are one of the most cheapest restaurant with Michelin star!! (Tim ho Wan in Mong kok is another one but you need to ques for longer hours)

This Shu mai(Pork Dumpling) was my favorite!!

A family we shared a table. They surprised "I'm having 4 dim sum for my self :)
They let me try this Mala style Steam cake. We have something similar to Japanese one called Mushi-pan.

Mos Burger

I'm still in HK, what I ate today is Japanese Burger. I couldn't miss this SakuSaku(Juicy) Chicken burger... Mos burger is big corporate chain burger shop but I think their quality is quite high. Also they have unique menu. Like different kind of rice burgers, chicken teriyaki burger or shrimp burger etc... Really recommend to try if you going to Japan or south Asia.

'Surviving' turn into 'Gorgeous'

I didn't pay much attention for what to eat in Seoul and HK this time. I actually ate a lot of junk food. Feeling stressful...a bit.. So at last, I wanted to eat very good meal. Ye Shanghai is normally my destination but I wanted to try new place. However food in the new place wasn't good... Some place could be noting special or bad even in HK. I was almost crying... my only treat dinner turned disappointed. For cheer me up, I went to lounge bar in intercontinental hotel. A million dollar view is just in front of me with Frozen mango Daikiri. I finally made my day.

Flight from HK to Seoul. Welcome champagne.

Business class in Cathey pacific is quite good, food was even much better than the restaurant I went to in HK! Lucky me I was upgraded!

Wine and cheese.

Wan tan noodle in soup

This is from a noodle bar I always go in HK. It's very very local, nothing fancy, I even don't know their name but their wan tan noodle in soup is one of the best. I often eat as breakfast or night snack because they almost open 24 hours. I wish if there is any of these noodle bar in East London rather than all choice we have after midnight is only kebab...

Yee shun milk company

Sweets in HK is quite exciting part of visit. This place is one of the old school sweet place. They are famous for milk pudding. This time I had a coffee milk pudding. It is very creamy yet not heavy, very smooth.

Breakfast

Thousand year egg is something I want to eat once a while or even everyday.
Some people can't eat it because it looks little gross, that's I agree but nothing could replace it's taste. (It's a bit similar with Natto; smelly beans in term of how people like it or hate it, i guess) If I could start with rice porridge (Congee) with this egg, I would have very happy day! In HK, there are so many Congee cafes in every corner.

Ye shanghai

Ye Shanghai is my favorite restaurant in Hong Kong. It is treat to come here when I visit Hong Kong, although there are so many nice restaurants in Hong Kong, always this is the best for me. Food is contemporary Shanghainese. Very smart delicacies.

To celebrate finishing all my business work in this trip, I start with Shanghai girl cocktail

Pickled Chinese cabbage

Thousand year eggs with bean-curd

Shourompo

Steamed poked belly wrapped with fragrant leaves

Black sesame cream bluree with chestnuts ice cream
I'm big fun of Mango napoleon(this is must try, layered crunchy Yuba pie with mango cream! Yuba is a delicacy made from the skin forming on the top of gently boiled soybean milk. It's very special to use Yuba for sweet but amazingly works!) here but this time I tried this for change. It was very rich black sesame taste and nice combination with chestnuts ice cream.

After good meal, I went to massage and midnight I took a fright back to Seoul. Still a little journey to back to Tokyo. I'm now in Seoul airport waiting my fright to Tokyo!
